350 unique hits, is nothing really. It's worth maybe $20 at least in my opinion.

It is promising, giving that it gets that amount of traffic parked, when developed it will definately be worth more, maybe you want to develop it and then sell it on

I also reccommend building it up. A well built website shoudl generate more website traffic than one which is not soo built up.

Lot's of good content, a little more care and work on SEO and i think that it should do well and make it worth more in the long run.

It might seem a lot of work at the very beginning, but once you get started, you will understand that creating a website is the easy part, what you need to focus on is how to maintain the site, and build up enough traffic to have at least some income.
