Battle over web address - narnia.mobi

An Edinburgh father who bought a website domain name for his son is facing a battle with the estate of Chronicles of Narnia author CS Lewis.
Richard Saville-Smith paid £70 for the name www.narnia.mobi so his son Comrie, 10, who is a CS Lewis fan, could use it for his e-mail address.
But now CS Lewis (Pte) wants the name for itself.
A complaint has been lodged with the World Intellectual Property Organization.

To prevent that case, how can we know if some domain have problem with TM.

Do you think Paypal.com have TM on their domain names?
Because i still see domai name like this paypal-xxx.com

The entire narnia.mobi thing was kind of amusing to follow in the media.

It was a pretty clearcut TM violation.

If they'd registered something like narniafan.mobi they might have got away with it, but the term "narnia" is 100% CS Lewis (a bit like the Skype.co.uk DRS case)
