Awesome if your running one but bad if your paying and your outbid.

|I cant imagine them to get traffic outside of the 'bidding community' though.

No, most web directories do not deliver traffic, they are mainly used to build backlinks.

Same as your Haabaa I got hit with "g" massacre. Lost a lot of SERPS and they dropped PR after giving it PR3 withing first few month.

May be it's because I had a lot of listings from "alive" network...
