Artviper v Thumbshots for directories

Now that we have all established that Girafa/MSN site preview is no longer available in the way we previously used it, I have narrow it down to two screenshot services and would like to know what your preference is:

My preference being the latter.

I found that on testing both of these thumbshot services that the latter is faster loading and above all else - FREE to use. Therefore open.thumbshots gets the thumbs up from me.

To my understanding girafa changed the msn account so we stop stealing images from msn's account. Since it was the best service available, I immediately registered with girafa to their free account girafa.com/free and all my directories are now showing girafa's images again - this time I even inserted their atribution.

From what I have been testing, the Girafa service is much faster and reliable from the other two services, moreover they have a great support team.

I would definetly give these guys a thumbs up.

I chose artviper but they are both good!!

I have used artviper on my social sites as well!!

Works like a charm!!

Sandy, I too have a free account with Girafa. However, there free account has limitations of to only 2000 screenshots per day.

This is one of the main reasons we chose thumbshots - because they are free and it states this on their website so no dangers around the corner!

Nice one, I just used http://open.thumbshots.org/image.pxf?url= in my (yet to be live) LBS bid directory.

Question, how can i used this for some of the selected or top 5 listing per category (on LBS directory)?

I'm doing some tests with artviper right now and have to say it is a wonderfull tool... just curious to know how long it will remain free...
