Where exactly do you get them?

There's some really good ones out there but I have no idea where to find them. Any help will be much appreciated.

Sorry, for all of the directories I've seen advertised on the net lately.

Example: UK Webmaster World Link Exchange, did you build this or edit an existing template?

I see what you mean, its a script, I bough it from infowizardspro.com
Its quit good, if a link partner removes the link placed to your site you will know. Its also quite cheap.

Is it easily configurable to suit whatever look and feel I want to give it?

Also, is it available in php or phpnuke?
