Directory's customer support

Customer support :
For a submission , Setting the featues of the directory to send email on submission, approval, disapproval , moving to different category , answering questions regarding submissions. ( though personally i think if a directory get hundreads of submission and the chances are that it will be hard to answers hundread of emails quaikly)

What else you think there should be else as a customer support point of view?
