It seems cool, the thing I wonder is if I were to list on a directory such as that, how it's viewed by ICRA, Safesurf and Family Friendly due to the adult category.

, you've got a nice one there. How's Bidvertiser doing out of publisher point of view?

Can I make one suggestion; make the all fonts the same, I mean your header and footer is in a arial font and the listing in a times font. If the fonts are the same it reads more easy and looks nicer. (more in balance)
