When you all mentioned about promoting site, what exactly does it meant in general? Does it meant submission links to directories, submit thread in forum, submit article in directories or squidoo?

Am I in the right direction?

I believe that a constant promotion (every day or every week) would be better than a large promotion every couple of months.
