3 . no. when i say 'content, i mean just that CONTENT, the written word, maybe comments on the article so far, but it HAS to be textual content, not just some affiliate link or banner, that will simply not split the article, it will just look as if you have shoved a link in the middle of it.

4. Unique to page means content that is not sitewide on your site. so ideally content unique to the article and that page. RSS feeds is fine, but don't use the same feed across the site, if the content is duplicated across your site, then the algo will know with ceratinaty that it is poor quality content.
