Thanks for sharing Don, I just read it, its basically stopping all the spamming techniques and focusing on natural linking but its nice Aviva owner shared his experience with other directory owners.

Update on Aviva's PR - 3 days ago it was PR4 - today is PR0 - Jeff's trouble's are not over Yet!

thanks that was a great read... one of my mortgage site is coming out of penalty with google. It was all due to bad neighborhood links... (so i think).

Im now ranking for 3-5 original key phrases.. still waiting to get the other 2 back.
