Default Red Beats Blue in Multiplayer

That's the conclusion of some scientists, after they conducted some video games experiments at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. They say that when you play some multyplayer games you must choose red, because you have more chances to win

"According to website GamePro, the research studied the outcomes of over 1,300 multiplayer matches played in Unreal Tournament 2004 and found out that red wins, generally. Still, it is not a huge victory, as some might expect, but it is definitely a victory: 55% of the matches were won by red teams (and it's worth noting that the teams participating in this experiment were "elite")."

er. ut2k is just shite. in quake3/osp, you use cg_enemycolors that allows you to pick whatever you like - including some bright yellow/green colours that make it that much easier to trace and hit the enemy. red? blue? i don't think i have seen either colour since OSP came out in 2003 (?). heh. then again, i no longer play... oh well!
