Microsoft may have to raise bid for Yahoo

Yahoo board meet yesterday to consider Microsoft bid, it was reported that Yahoo are considering alternative partnership to fend of Microsoft but it was reported that if Microsoft raises it offer to $37 from its initial $31, Yahoo board may be persuaded to recommend the offer.

I think microsoft will try their level best to acquire Yahoo! and yes for them money does not matter of course.
