4. Payment Configuration

BossCart JV has four options for Payment configuration.

These are the „Payment gateways”, „Tax rate configuration”, Discount list” and „Coupons”.


This menu is only available in the Shopping cart section of the drop down menu.


4.1 Payment GateWays

Here you can set your preferences about the different gateways, publishing those modules you want your customers to use.



To add a new Payment cathegory, just Click the „New” button and fill the form, to edit just click on it’s name.



In edit page you may find two tabs: the „General” and the „Configuration” division.

In the „General” section you can fill the Payment name, type, Credit card type and the Shopper Group. (Just the selected group can use the given Payment gateway type).

In the „Configuration” you can set the necessary information about the shop keeper’s payment identification.


4.3 Tax Rate Configuration
Here you may set or create your tax rates for the target countries of your sale activity. In order to create a new rate for a certain country click the „New” button, then fill the form.


Please specify the tax rate following this pattern 16%=0.16




4.4 Discount List
Here you can set the applied discounts in accordance with your preferences.


After clicking the name of the discount you can specify the discount amount and the type (percent or Total), the Start and the End date of the given discount.

The dates are easy to pick up with a little popup calendar.
