2.1 Downloading the BossCart JV
In order to download the script please visit the download a SEO friendly shopping cart script | Boss Cart page. After completing the form, you will receive the download link via email.


2.2 How to Install – Step by Step
The BossCart JV has an easy visual centre install process. For the preparations you will need a database created before starting the process.
(see the Server Requirements at p1.5).


2.2.1 Copy / Upload files to host
First off all, the downloaded Bosscart JV Package need to be uncompressed, then uploaded to an optional hosted directory on a webserver.
(eg.: var/www/htdocs/bosscartjv). If necessary, please modify the file and/or folder attributes.


2.2.2 Visual Installation



Start the installation by visiting the URL of the directory where you uploaded the script with an optional browser. The next step is the Pre-installation checking.
If any section are red, please check the base server configuration (see it on the apache.httpd) or call the system / host administration.


2.2.3 Configuring the Database

he recommended database server is the MySQL for BossCart JV (see p1.5). The Host name is your database host address, usually the „localhost”, but it can be different (eg.: „sql2.iwantahost.com” or „sqllocalhost”). See the database related setting details at your hosting administration panel at the database section. (Many hosting providers are using same name for the MySQL User name and for the MySQL Database name.
