Some questions

Hello - New here. I have been looking for an easy shopping cart for my site for months now. I tried several different ones and just can't seem to find anything that I like.

First question - is there a demo for the ADMIN area of this cart? I didn't see one anywhere.

2. I know enough about CSS, HTML etc to edit templates to suit my needs - is the template provided easily editable? I usually don't change out layouts or anything - just replace colors, links and images.

3. I keep seeing "Joomla" and something else - do you have to have Joomla in order to run this cart?

Hello Sha,
Instead of admin demo we have a user manual at this forum, which may help you build your store.

1. I believe if you are familiar with html and css it will be quite easy to customize the layout, colours etc.
2. Yes, the JV stands for Joomla Virtumart as you might read it at the Boss Cart website. We used these open source cms in order to provide an effective shopping software. We worked a lot to transform Joomla much user friendly, and grabbed the Virtuemart among the components an upgraded to a fundamental part of the script.

is Boss Cart supports the normal Joomla / Virtuemart language files? Like Hungarian?

Merras, i believe the use of the original Hungarian language file won't be perfect, but can be a good start. I have never tested it
