No need to fill the form out twice, it will have gone to our install team, they will get back to you as soon as the install is completed or should they need more info from you.

Hi Tina, I have uploaded the files, but couldn't finish the installation process, because the database related information you sent via form submission seems to be wrong. I tried to login into the phpmyadmin to check your database host, but the login failed.
