Hi,
I must have had too many easter buns, coz now I aint got the foggiest to what I changed the username/password to to get into the admin area...duh!

Anyone know how to find it or get a new one (the script on the log in page aint any help coz I cant remember the username).

What are they putting in easter bun mixture these days?

Dave, after authenticate yourself as valid user at the implemented password protection popup window you will see a link to the password recovery tool under the admin login form.

Thanks Bagi, but I have tried that and for some reason the emails are not getting through with a rest password. It's the correct password but I dont think Boss accepts the ssl smtp port number.. consequently I cant cant get the emails.

Hi Dave, I tried to restore the password but it seems that the database user has been deleted/or its password has been changed, which you sent me with the installation form. Currently the server couldn't connect to the database and I can not do anything

Hi I've got the same problem i set up my bosscart site but have not used it for a while.
Now i cannot remenber my password, I think i have the correct user name as when i fill out the lost password box it says that anew password has been generated and sent, But nothing arrives at my email address and i have checked my spam folder.

How do i check my username and password i have tried looking in the ftp files with no luck

My bosscart site is ehalloween.co.uk

Hi, if you give my a phpmaydmin access via private message i will restore the password, and i think your admin email was not set correcty which is the reason why you don't get the new pass.
