install mysql

Hi everyone especially Bagi for trying to install for me. Not Given up yet! I have a query. On installation/install1.php install database name it says about a prefix?

My db name is db236430316 i have described it as bosscart. cant change the assigned db name so what should i enter here? Also anyone experienced with 1and1 and .htaccess?
