warrning fopen(... ) after installation

Hello ,
I just install bosscart\jv series

I ot a warrning message at the bottom


Warning: fopen(/home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/bosscart/components/com_sef/cache/shCacheContent.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/bosscart/components/com_sef/shCache.php on line 74

Does anyone no how to solves this problam?

Hi, I would suggest you to renbame your configuration file for instance configuration2.php and upload the installation folder again. Please hit the yoursite.com/installfolder/installation and check if the required permission are available for certain directories at the first install check page. I have the strong guess that you got this php error message because of the lack of permissions. If you fixed this issue, just remove the installation folder and rename back the config file.
If this won't solve your problem, please send me a pm with your ftp account and I will look into this asap.

i have the same problem and i did what you said ..indeed the configuration file was unwritble and i change the permisions ..but nothing changed the error is still there and when i click the product files the slash "/" is missing mean .. http://store.xpresiv.roirons/ instead of http://store.xpresiv.ro/irons/

any help with that ?

Thanks I manage to fix the warrning message it was permmision issue,
but I got another problem ,the site is opening allmost ok , looks like some java script problem , I need to give it another click in according to open the page.

during the installation all the settings were green except for

I too have the permission warning problem. the cart appears to be working ok functionally, but, I keep getting the PHP warning at the bottom of the page.
I've put my installation file on, and renames the configuration.php file to something else, but when I check the install permissions, everything is GREEN. (except the configuration.php file which it says is unwritable, which I assume is because I've temporarily renamed it?).

Can anyone help me on this issue please?
