Help with Install

I am getting the following error when trying to install. Completed the MySQL Database part and then when I click continue I get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /BossCart/install/install.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the time taken for the response. Please make sure you have auploaded all the files to the server and that files listed in your /BossCart/install/files.html are all writable. Then try again.

Also I am happy to let you know that new version of BossCart is being developed. Lots of bugs have been fixed, also the installation process will be strongly revised/rebuilt, together with lots of new nice functions. 6 weeks to launch!
