No Administrators Set Up AND a error!!

Hay Peeps,

I have two problems,

1, I get this error when i try and call my website up:-
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'loganpro_cart.bc_session' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT session_id FROM bc_session WHERE session_id = '38adf71f28ff4a5b6fc5563fc7bcef79'
SQL =
SELECT session_id FROM bc_session WHERE session_id = '38adf71f28ff4a5b6fc5563fc7bcef79'

2, When i go to /administrator/index.php it says i have no administrators set up!
Have i made a goof?!

Hi Ad, this error is caused by the lack of database connection. You may try the installation process again or import the database manually, which would be the better idea in my opinion. Go to the phpmyadmin interface and select import option. You will need to upload the database which you want to get imported. Browse the uncompressedinstallationpackage/installation/bosscart.sql, click on the import and the error message suppose to disappear

Ok, that just went over me head, i didnt understand a word of that. Im a newby to all of this PHP stuff!

Maybe il just give up lol!
