I had done that but when I try and log in I get a blank screen both as admin and in the shop

In the config file there are two areas which refer to c:\myprograms... etc for cache, do these have to be altered, if so to what?

Hi, can you send me the ftp details of the newly installed script and the database related information as well via pm. It would be much easier to fix the problem.
