Blogging - Easy to start difficult to continue

Blogging is one of the fastest growing web 2.0 medium a few years ago, the reverse now seem to be the case. I heard on the radio that estimated 200 millions bloggers have stopped blogging.
I am not surprised by this, blogging is and extremely demanding task especially if you are a fun blogger who have to combine regular blogging with your day job.
Have you or some one you know stopped blogging recently?

Just planning to star a personal blog site. I am newbie in this field. Hopefully within short time I will launch the blog at Rakib Khan’s Blog

We use blogging as part of the news content on our site, so it is a useful tool in that respect. I can understand that it could get tedious after a while, but it is something you have to persist and keep up with. We get a lot of traffic from our blog so it has been helpful to carry on.

I`m the same. At first I use to avidly post on my blogs every day. Now, though, I just do it as and when I feel like it. Sometimes a week or more goes by, but I`d prefer to post when I want, and I have something worthwhile to say, rather than because I `have`to.

They`re all PR3s so I guess I must be doing something right anyway.

But I try my best to update my blog everyday.
