Ever heard Tabulas?

Hello all, do you ever heard or have experience using Tabulas?
Please share with us here.
Tabulas is a blog hosting like Blogger.
It was popular on my country , but now i dont see any single new blog from it.

I have never tried using it. I think most people use Blogger and Wordpress.
