Most of these traffic exchanges are useless... Yes you will get visitor - another member of this exchange, but for one reason only - so he can get credit for visiting your blog.
I tried some of these exchanges before but they never brought in any business or permanent traffic increase.

The only traffic exchange I see working it's a Blogrush - people would come to read specific article that was shown on someone else's widget and may become your permanent readers...
