With some tweaking, free themes can be made as good as premium themes.

How many of you are actually using free wordpress themes? we are planning to launch a free wordpress theme site with free themes. Is there a high demand for them?

I think not that much, but there are some who likes to have a free wordpress theme, just like me

I was looking for it and they are everywhere here at this forum

I think its a veeeery saturated market and unless the themes are interesting and not all the same then it could work.

I am currently using one, and i think it is very cool looking. But if there is one unique themes that others do, i believe that it is a great value of having it premium.

I myself use free wordpress themes. What I find that sometimes I am looking for a theme and there is never one that just fits my requirements.

I have used some. Usually find a close fit to what I need and then some tailoring, job done.

Same here! Especially when I really like template, but hate the color or font. It's fun mixing them.
