I update once or twice a week depending if am not that much busy doing other things.

2-3 times a week seems to be about right for me & my blogs...

I would love to discipline myself to write posts every day, but so many times it simply doesn't work as I would have wished to. There are other urgent duties and blogging is the first sacrifice.
