Default Share your adword rate

Do you ever using adword to promote your site or products?
I'm using adword to promote property product geo targeted on my country only.
At first, they cost me $0.07 per click, but 2 days after that, their rate is increasing.
They cost me $0.15 per click with same keywords.
Their rate is increasing again each week, and after the rate reach $0.40 per click, i gave up with adword.

Do you ever got into this situation?
And please tell me your rate too

It is probably not that useful to compare rates, but you can get your rates down by improving the quality of your ads and the relevance of your landing page. I have written about this on my blog and there are plenty of guides on the Web.

General rate comparison is useless, I think, because this is depending from many factors: niche, keywords, Quality Score, number of competitors, and the Quality Score of the competitors' ads.

If you can tell us more, maybe we can help more.

as i told before, my niche is about property, selling homes exactly.
I choose automatic bid on CPC option.
If i set CPC bid manually, my ads wont be show up when the minimum rate is increasing.

You should increase your Quality Score. QS depend from a lot of factors, the most important are:

- Relevancy between ad text and keyword
- Relevancy between landing page and keyword
- CTR

So, you have to write keyword-rich ad text, which liked (clicked) by the users. And your landing page should be optimized to these keywords.

You have to create separate ad groups for certain keywords, and test them - which one is the most promising, etc. Within each group, you have to write different texts, and test them - AdWords will automatically choose the best texts within a few days, which has the highest CTR.

And, you have to create separate landing pages to - for each important keywords.
