There is no hard and fast rule. Depends on the site and the number of visitors.
Ad placement
Color combination etc.

the topic the sites on. some ads will have a higher cost per visitor (and hence a higher commission) than others.

just remember google likes to mix thigns up and usually gives every advertiser a shot, so you could still be getting $0.05 per click occasionally.

I have 50 mini sites all in subdomains which I market only through articles. I get $300-400 every month.

I never used AdSense, so what is minimum traffic per month for including them?
Let's say that one will be OK with $50/m income from AdSense.

There is no minimum traffic to subscribe to Adsense.
I earn avg. 8$/day, but with the price of dollar... :'(
