The $3.95 plan is 5Gb space, and 100Gb Transfer by the looks of it. To me thats massive overselling - you'll probably find that if you go anywhere near your limits they will suspend you for 'file hosting' or 'using too many resources' or suchlike.
By all means try it, but be careful - imagine how many sites will be one the same server, all with the same promises of masses of space/data transfer.
