I saw a nice reward scheme for moderators of
Great Nexus and I am introducing similar scheme to UK webmaster forums, I will however go one step further and extend the scheme to very active members. As a way of saying thank you to the aforementioned groups of members I pace sitewide links from the forum to qualified members websites.
This link is quite valuable, its worth about £30 or more per months.
Members can also pickup additional links by help recruit new members by placing links to UK webmaster world forums or just recommending the forums to other people they know. Please encourage the people you refer to enter you user name when completing the membership form. Here are the members that currently qualify for the sitewide links:
