Default Bug / Issue with the "I agree to the Terms of Service " link
I appear to have found a problem with the " I agree to the Terms of Service" link at the bottom of the final checkout page upon Order Completion.

Instead of opening a new window and showing the Terms of Service page, it attempts to show an image using the lightbox. Which obviously fails because there's no image to show.

Is this a bug or something wrong with my installation does anyone know?
