New Directory List of Web Directories here is one that i found
Open Directory - Regional: Countries here you can find the regional directories. you will have to select the region here.
Open Directory - Search Results
Open Directory - Computers: Internet: Searching: Directories check here also
Open Directory - Business: Industrial Goods and Services: Engineering: Directories
Open Directory - Business: Directories
Open Directory - Arts: Directories
By same way you can find some more from Yahoo as well.
