In the UK Cahoot have something called a Webcard that gives you a credit card number for each transaction. I have one but never use it - far too much trouble. The other advantage in the UK when you spend more than £100 using a credit card - not debit - is that the credit card company is
equally liable. I have had money taken from my account without my knowledge but the bank always pays it back - they are taking the risk not you!
