I set up a blog called
web directory list a year or so ago, I completely forgot about it. Its still there, it still rank quite well for the keywords in its name and you are welcomed to use it to announce your web directory should you launch or relaunch one.
Your announcement should be at least 300 words, it can contain up to 3 links.
