Is the $120 USD just made from the ad's on the site??
How much time have you spent on a regular basis to get the site into scratch and to keep it going??
If someone bought this site from you is there a group of admin's/moderators already set up on the site that are willing to stay on if the site gets purchased and will you still be on there from time to time??
Can you give anyone who would like to look around the site an account so we can have a better look around as I wanted to see how many posts e.g admin presumably you had done!
