Another example.

A guy started a Pizza shop called Easy Pizza. He was sued by Easy Jet Group. Easy Jet group lost because the judge was satisfied that "Easy" is a generic English language word, the guy sell Pizza and not evidence that he is trying to profit off Easy Groups name etc.
