I'll be honest with you, the site looks like a run of the mill forum (not trying to offend you or something, just expressing my honest opinion). Even the theme is not that good for a Web Graphics / Design community. Forum activity looks stagnated as well. Overall lots of things can be done to improve the status quo. May be start with a crisp and good looking theme, separation of article and tutorial section from forum, some new articles on web 2.0 graphic design techniques, etc.
