So, after some good days of work I’ve managed to write some important ideas in a business plan and I’ll like to share its with you.


I must first say that I work in grants and funds field and this is what I do, so this business plan has been taken from some work I’ve done in the past for accesing funds from the EU. Well, most of my time I do business plans for waste management but I tried to line-up the chapters so every business could find some useful ideas (hope so).
A little difficult could be the economic part, it is difficult for me too as I have no economics degree, but if you have any questions feel free to put them down, we’ll try together to find the answers where we can.

The Business Plan will consist of 5 threads:

1. Introduction ( Executive Sumary, Company description, Services and Products)
2. Marketing Plan
3. Operational Plan, Management and Organisation, Personal Finances and Startup Expenses
4. Financial Plan
5. Annexes and Explanations.
