I would say that anyone thinking of asking for a review should NOT be put off. Honestly if you take a little time then you WILL GAIN MORE from the review.

Don't be afraid to say "i don't have a clue what you mean", I am a very good SEO/Web Marketer, and I say this all the time when it comes to code etc. Don't lose money because you want to keep face. If you admit you 'know nothing' then the reply will be worded in a way you can understand
