I beg to disagree. Byethost is known for it's high downtime. I had hosted a few sites with byethost for a few months, and lost a lot of clients because of the downtime. worse, their support forums are run by noobs and most of our queries are answered by other members. I wish they had a section on which the actual support staff could answer. and their ticket system is worthless. I had submitted a ticket 3 months ago, and it's still pending
