Miva is another one i have looked at,i signed up with them a couple of weeks back and they have sorted my advertising campaign all i have to do is fund it and we will try and see if that works.

You can use Yahoo to advertise with in a number of countries. I use them and I`m in the UK. You just register, give them your card details, or PayPal info, and set up your advertising campaign(s). I quite like them because the costs work out cheaper than they do with Google Adwords for my particular requirements. Whether though in the long term the conversion rate is as high is something I`ve never really examined thoroughly.
The difference is though that if you have a site which you want to allow others to advertise on (the Adsense equivalent), you need to be a US resident. I have seen suggestions this can be got round, but I haven`t tried it.
