I don't know much about a direct answer to your question, but I don't think the basic SEO and Flash relationship has changed much. That is that a Search Engine Spider (to my knowledge) does not have the ability to retrieve the content of a flash file be it images, links or copy text. The only retrieval can be of an entire Flash File. This file can be retrieved and Indexed by a Search Engine much as is the case with Images for Image Search.
