I successfully installed the JV Version, however, when I go the the URL
all I get the blue and yellow screen with nothing on it except for the "Show Cart" at the top. If I click on the screen, everything shows up. But if I click on a product I get the same thing.
In admin mode its the same way except for everything is faded really bad and almost not viewable. When I click anywere on the screen everything shows up.

I am getting this error code from IE 7 :
