I have a confession to make

I have harbored bad feelings towards Internet Explorer 6/5.5/5.0/etc... So much so
that I've been cutting my own throat with this sites CSS design. If you view it in
FF/Opera/IE7/standards-compliant browsers (YES!!!! IE8 Passes Acid2!!!!) you see
what I've intended.

But with IE<6, you get a wide space on the left, and PNGs that fail. NOT that the site
is broken, but it does not look as good as in FF/etc.

Why would I do that? Shouldn't I use IE CSS hacks and IE conditional statements?
Doing so will make that browser behave. Well, the answer is simple, "I have, but now I don't want to"

I'm going to, with the re-design, either create the necessary crap hacks for IE<6, or
do away with that particular layout, and use a more cross-browser one.

But just to let all you IE<6 users know...my site looks that way to you on purpose.
