Hello Bryn, i have the strong guess that you tried to install the 1.6 version. Unfortunately we can't support that version anymore. Feel free to suggest the
newest BossCart version for your client to use. This version requires enabled mod_rewrite, but it won't stop the install process. You may want to download the install package from
here.
