I know that for me, I'll use my PC for work purposes for hours
at a time. And for fun, I usually get off the keyboard and
begin to play with my German Shepherds, or get involved with
what my wife is doing, or play with my kids.

But there are sometimes that I'll begin playing a game or two
on my PC. At first, I would play games on my PC strictly for
the fun of it, but I've noticed that playing a game will actually
relieve a lot of stressful energy that you can work up during
your work related PC time.

So how many of you play computer games to relive work stress?
