okay, I would like to nominate my forum : Webmaster Forum - Business and Technology Forums

It is fairly new (opened about 3 months ago).
Geek Point is a webmaster oriented forum, targeted basically at young / new webmasters.

The forum is running under vBulletin (with vBSEO).
With a few tweaks in the style templates, I managed it to pass the xHTML 1.0 as well as CSS 3 validator tests.

It also scores 90 out of possible 100 points at Website Grader (Report)
