I did not face much downtime until now, so I think they have 99 % uptime and i am not sure of the exact server setup.

Support
- Email support = excellent
- Support desk response time = prompt and reasonable
- Skills of support staff = Can't say much as i didn't have any issues after hosting my site with them. But some registration and billing issues were sorted very promptly.
Limitations
- I have been with them more than a year now.. haven't faced any yet.
Conclusion:
A1 hosting company, there customer support is very friendly and polite... and the control panel provided is user friendly.
