Are you sure the install went fine, and that you had no upload error? The script does not send any code to the browser - it may mean that either core files or template files are corrupted. Please try to change template in admin panel. You can download free templates from Boss Cart shopping cart script themes
Also please check if the index.php file has the same content that your extracted bosscart package.
